Treasure AI is an Agentic Experience Platform that integrates, analyzes, and activates customer data. As a member of the Support Engineering team, I resolve customer issues spanning multiple components of Treasure AI and improve related documentation. Beyond support cases, I drive cross-functional operational improvements, architecting and implementing workflows in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and the Data Engineering team. I also turned previously manual notification operations into a Web Application, contributing to better operational efficiency.

Sider is a service that hooks into commits and pull requests submitted on GitHub to run code analysis. As the first Support Engineer on the team, I handled customer issues while also working as a Software Developer. I was motivated by reflecting customer feedback into software improvements, such as enhancing log output based on trends observed in support cases.
